Doran Miller

Doran Arik Miller is a policy consultant on Business for Water Stewardship’s Arizona team and the Principal at Miller Policy Consulting, a Phoenix-based public policy consulting firm. Doran is an experienced attorney and policy advisor, and provides in-depth research, analysis and advocacy services on public policy issues that impact Arizona and its citizens, primarily in the areas of water, energy and natural resources. She has written extensively on pressing state and federal policy issues.

Previously, Doran was Senior Policy Advisor at the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where she provided key research support for the Chamber’s policy agenda and authored white papers examining the impact of critical policy issues. Earlier in her career, Doran worked for Senator Jon Kyl in his Washington, D.C. office. She received her B.A. in American Studies from Georgetown University and her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, and she is a member of the Arizona and New York bars.
